About
This DIY was actually something we made on the spur of the moment. The weather makes me think of flowers. So, as my young cousins were coming by, we decided to make something very quickly. Which would look pretty & make me happy about working with flowers. Sort of. Check out the details below!
PS: We attached a PDF of the designs we used. So, you can just print that out & use it, if you like.

You Will Need (7 things)
- Headbands
- Black Marker
- Attached Template
- Thick Paper
- Glue
- Scissors
- Color Pencils
Steps (4 steps, 60 minutes)
-
1
We started by using the template of a flower on thick white paper & giving it a black outline. Before, coloring it in with 2 shades of each color.
-
2
The back of the cutout is probably looking shabby at the moment. So, cover it up by sticking a piece of colored paper.
-
3
Leaving a slight margin around the black outline, cut out the flower. We purposely left the white outline, as it adds body to the design.

Use glue to paste the cutout on the hairband. We placed it at a slight angle & folded the paper, so that it looks curved, when it’s worn.
