The dress I always wanted and finally have
So I finally got around to posting something I made! This is the dress I made for George Washington's Birthday Ball at my college this year.

I used Simplicity pattern 4055 but I used the top from dress A with the bottom of dress B and I lost the instructions on like, day two and just winged the whole thing really. I also used a zipper for the back instead of buttons.

I was going to add pockets but they weren't turning out right. I might go back and add them again later.

Sewing process found here on my collab channel with my roommate:

Do you go to Washington College in MD? That's my sister's alma mater! If that's the fabric from JoAnn's I think it is, I ADORE that fabric and have always wanted to make something with it. Your dress is adorable and sort of 1700s-chic, very Washington-era and lovely.

Yeah, actually. On both accounts, (school and fabric wise).
:] Thank-you so very much~
