Step 1
Using a toothpick dipped in melted white chocolate, place a small dot of the chocolate on the top of the Pez candy and place a flower spinkle on it. Let dry completely.

Step 2
Place 2 flip flops on top of your frosted cupcake.

Step 3
Push a paper drink umbrella in the cupcake and you have a sweet little summertime snack!
