Based on Fleece Dino Hat by Princess Pam-attitude
I made a version of this hat, except I fashioned it to look like Gir from Invader Zim. Wasn't too challenging, the only real differences are that I sewed the "ears" into the darts and I didn't want to add straps to mine.
