Based on Fleece Dino Hat by Princess Pam-attitude
Mine is a bit different then Pammerz, I turned it inside out after i went around it(the top fabric on top inside out over the inside fabric inside out).I also didn't put fangs and of course my colors are different :P I requested this tut and Pammerz made it :) Thanks for faving...if u do :P
