i used a simple hat base ad added longg longg ear flap type things they will be the scarf an dadded ears and stuff :D:D

get a fairly large circular object that is bigger then youre head draw a vin diagram on the fabric with two long ear flap things hanging from them (they will be the scarf part cutaround the eodd shape. cut two triangles at the top of each circle repeat with other piece of fabric but neater then that lol i just guestimated XDD dont think dirtyy!!
sew up the back of the hat to the 4 way, and then sew perpendicular to the back part to make and x in the hat for the shape while doing the two across the ptop, add ears and sew in, cut off access and continue the other way lol to finish the ex do th same without the ears with the other fabric, s
stick th eone without the ears inside the one with the ears, & sew brim/ pirimiter around the hat andd scarf. use pacman-gghost shapped piece of fabric and sew onto th eback of paws for pockets
use t shirt scraps to made paw prints and eyes and wiskers
