- 18 g Finely Ground Coffee
- 6 oz Milk of choice

Equipment:
- Espresso Coffee Grinder
- Espresso Machine w/ Steam Wand
- Tamper
- Pouring Milk Pitcher
- Serving Vessel / Cup
- Scale
Steps (3 steps, 5 minutes)

Grind 18g of coffee very finely into an espresso machine’s portafilter.

Tamp the coffee down into a puck, and lock into machine. Place serving vessel and scale onto espresso machine tray. Turn the machine on, and brew espresso until 36g of espresso comes out.

Place steam wand approximately 1cm into milk, and steam so that the milk swirls around the pitcher until desired temperature. Pour milk into espresso.
