You Will Need

Step 1Start with a cheap ruler.

Step 2Find some pictures. I used some from this book which i got when i was volunteering at a used book sale.

Step 3i took some of the pictures and glued them to the ruler

Step 4Glue random stuff to the pictures.

Step 5Paint it with different colors nail polish. Then put a layer of sparkly on top.

Step 6Let dry and your done!
But this is awesome and cool to use on your measure projects!
