I dont know I was bored its raining. I dont know if I can read the numbers now but I think it looks really cool.

I dont know I was bored its raining. I dont know if I can read the numbers now but I think it looks really cool.

Instructions

1. 

   Start with a cheap ruler.

2. 

   Find some pictures. I used some from this book which i got when i was volunteering at a used book sale.

3. 

   i took some of the pictures and glued them to the ruler

4. 

   Glue random stuff to the pictures.

5. 

   Paint it with different colors nail polish. Then put a layer of sparkly on top.

6. 

   Let dry and your done!
