You will need

Sequin embellished Elastic Needle & Thread Elastic Hot Glue Gun black Bias Binding

Easy peasy headband!

Instructions

1. 

   Measure around your head and find out the length of the normal and the sequin elastic.

2. 

   Handsew together.

3. 

   ...

4. 

   ...

5. 

   Cover the seams with bias binding or normal ribbon. I used my hot glue gun for that.

6. 

   Done! :)
