Dough needs to be refrigerated for 20 mins
Heat oven 350/180 degrees.
Cream together butter, sugar, egg & vanilla until light & fluffy.
Mix in flour, bicarb, ginger, cinnamon & salt.
Add oats & raisins.
Place dough in fridge for 20 mins.
Roll dough into golf sized balls.
Place on tray & bake for 10 mins
