  Step 1

  Apply a blue nail polish of your choice,two coats are best,then let dry.
  (As Shown)

  Step 2

  Using a toothpick,make a decent size dot towards the middle and let dry.
  (As Shown)

  Step 3

  With another clean toothpick,make two straight lines,starting from the end of the dot and let dry.
  (As Shown)

  Step 4

  Using another clean toothpick,form a small white dot, towards the top of the dot and let dry.Then place a small black dot on top of the former white dot you just did and let dry.

  Step 5

  Now comes the fun part! Using a toothpick,make different size white dots and let dry.

  Step 6

  *Optional:For a more fishy feel I added a small green seaweed like plant,under the fish,using a toothpick and let dry.Once everything is dryed feel free to put on a coat of clear coat and let dry.
