My mom and I threw a fish-themed suprise birthday party for my sister-in-law because my mom wanted to pay her back for making fun of her fabric stash. The fish theme was because my sister-in-law hates that McDonald's singing fish (Frankie the Fish). We bought the actual singing fish, made a lap quilt with Frankie on it (pictures coming soon), had an icecream cake with Frankie, and these jello cups. The cups were extremely easy to make. Prepare jello according to package. (4 boxes is enough for 12 8-10 oz. cups) Pour jello into cups and chill for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When jello is somewhat set up, insert gummy fish, the allow to set the rest of the way. After jello is completely set, spread about 1 to 2 heaping spoonfuls of thawed cool whip on top of each cup. Add gummy worms for decoration.
