It is pretty straight forward, so no how-to for this one. I had this toy fish from when I was little and had a play kitchen, and I kept it cause I thought it was pretty sweet. It was pink before by the way. I needed something to get my dad for Father's Day, that I didn't have to buy, and didn't take a lot of time. When I give people in my immediate family, they get broken, lost, "misplaced", in droors and thrown away, so something I didn't care if that happened too. I don't know, he might think it is funny and hang it up. 1. Paint 2. Glue on to plaque (plaque found at Hobby Lobby in wood section for .$79) 3. Wait to dry 4. Done!
