Sweet and spicy chicken. Easy to make.

You will need

Chicken
1 lb Chicken Breast 1/2 cup Corn Flour 1/2 cup Plain Flour Salt Pepper 1 Egg Oil
Sauce
1/3 cup Franks Hot Sauce 1 cup Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Water 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes

Description

Sweet and spicy chicken. Easy to make.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix together corn flour, flour, salt & pepper. Chop chicken into chunks. Dip pieces in egg. Coat in flour mixture. Fry in oil until golden.

2. 

   Mix all sauce ingredients together. Heat up until sugar is melted and sauce is thickened.

3. 

   Mix chicken and sauce together.

4. 

   Serve.
