You Will Need

Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and scrape in the filling of the fig.

Step 2Add the Kings Ginger liqueur.

Step 3Add the gin and simple syrup.

Step 4Add the white from an egg.

Step 5Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Step 6Serve with a slice of fig.
