• 

  Step 1

  First of all you will need a template. You can either design your own, or just use free printable template via google.

  Mine, i use ready made printable in google.

• 

  Step 2

  Cut the shape and stick it on a color paper (hard paper). Using a decorative scissor (i use wave decoration), cut it in circle.

• 

  Step 3

  The result will appear like this (refer photo). As for topper's sticks, i use toothpicks and silver wrappers. Wrap it. Once done, stick the wrapped toothpick and stick it on the printable template earlier.

  Step 4

  ...and you're done :)
