Step 1
Draw your skull on paper and cut it out. Use it as a template to cut your skull from the white felt.

Draw your bow, tracing your largest button for the round part. Cut it out and use it as a tamplate to cut out your bow from the black and pink felt.

Step 3
Cut two ovals from the black felt for eyes.

Step 4
Cut the shanks from your buttons if you need to.

Step 5
Use the glue to stick all the peices of the skull together.

Step 6
Glue the skull to the headband. Let it dry and you're done!
