You don't really need the yarn; It just helps hold the middle of the bow in.

Instructions

1. 

   Cut a long piece of felt in the color of you choice.

2. 

   Take one end of the felt and fold it in. Than take the other end and fold it over so they come close to matching like in the picture.

3. 

   Hold the bow in the middle (see picture) and hot glue the middle so it stays. Hold it until the hot glue is dry.

4. 

   Wrapping yarn helps to keep it in place. I was planning on adding a small charm or something to cover the yarn up but I couldn't find anything! :)

5. 

   And last slide a bobby pin in the back of it. You can hot glue the very edge of the bobby pin if you want.
