Inspired by angelichigo's felt rose ring design (http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/felt_rose_ring) but I wanted pointed tips for my flower instead :) Sorry I forgot to take a photo for step 6... Hopefully you can still follow along without a photo there... Ring was created as a birthday present for my friend.

Hopefully you can still follow along without a photo there... Ring was created as a birthday present for my friend.
Cut felt into petal shapes. I used 10 petals for my ring but you are free to use more than 10.
Tighten the bottom of the petal with a hidden stitch and secure to create a rounded petal shape.
Sew four of the petals together. If you want to make your ring look exactly like mine, you will need two sets of four and one set of three.
Take one of the petals and roll it tight. This will become the center petal. Sew to secure it.
Put it all together and secure with thread
Cut a circle that matches the size of your ring blank and attach to the bottom of your flower by sewing.
Use your hot glue gun and attach the flower to the ring base.
Finished!
