Felt Covered Hair Clip - Skull
This version is for my 12-year old niece.
I already had all of the materials from other projects that I've done.
I drew a pattern for the skull. Cut it out and then stitched it onto the black felt. I then stitched the nostrils and mouth. I attached the hair clip and DUNZO!
