Felt Cake Play Food
made a circle pattern with cardboard, then use that to cut out foam then spit that into four. used same color thread or as close as i could get for sewing felt. used puffy paint to do ''icing'' and hot glued on the cherries, strawberries and cream puffs. pretty easy. just takes a little bit of time for sewing and drying. really cute and sturdy.

ty zofie. here is a link on youtube. its a felt cake tutorial at about 1:40 she does a puff.and there is alos a link on her page for a template of the puff. i make two kinds of puffs myself. a flat one where middle is empty after i tie off the top i put need through middle of puff and pull through to bottom and tie off there. and a full puff where i cut two circle of same size. i stitch along outside of cicle. put a little stuffing in middle pull to gather and close. i then make the puff part and put my little felt marble i just made inside. pull to gather and then tie off.hope this helps. if u need me to show you just let me know.~ j. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xojBCW5yGgI

My gosh, I absolutely LOVE this! I am going to make this as soon as I can get my hands on some more felt! By the way, I have been wondering how to make those cream puffs, could you show me how?

you need felt, needle n thread. puffy glue, foam or just plain old stuffing will do. hot glue to put on the extras.
