Cosy hat.
The really warm cosy fabric, bright colour and medic design seem to magically make you feel better when you have a cold. It also helps if you train someone to stroke your head and make sympathetic noises lol.
PS it uses fleece fabric but when I did this the materials app didn't want to put it up :-s
