get your headband and cut a piece of felt into an oval shape
hot glue feathers onto the felt as you desire
i didn't like the ends of the feathers, so i decided to cover them up with some old fake flowers i had from another project
to cover up the holes in the middle of the flowers where the stem was, i added a pearl with a dab of hot glue
glue the felt with feathers onto the headband and you're done!
