AgitProp > I think yes, but shrink plastic allow you to make fine design and is easy to cut/hole. (i don't know how to properly cut hard plastic, or make hole in it, i don't have any tool for that, so my scissors and hole punch are the best tools i have Happy )

Would it have to shrink at all? Like, could you just draw onto normal plastic then varnish it instead?
