Gather your supplies : - Eyelash Glue ( you can buy this from any drugstore or supermarket. it is used for applying fake eyelashes) - Small Rhinestone
Place your rhinestone on your finger then put a drop of eyelash glue on it. Let it dry for about 30 seconds before putting it on your face.
Place it on your face !
