for NON sticky backed embellishments you will need to make a dot allow it t dry mostly then place and coat the embellishment then allow whole thing to dry...

next dot use a smooth glassy surface mirrors work well I happen to have "craft plate" I use for this type of stuff... dip q tip in latex make a dot allow to mostly dry.

coat embellishment with latex with glitter you don't need to worry very much about covering the texture of the design so light cat will do... you can use dry q tip to take off some of the latex if it gets into the details allow to dry (becomes clear)
*after a day its still tacky so dusting with powder helps keep it frm sticking to itself... they have special powder but generic face powder will work if your aiming for one time use and cheap. at this step they can be saved for later i suggest laying them in wax paper that's folded over to protect them and small zip locks. Use professional powder if you plan to do this as home stuff can shorten life span of latex a lot!
now you put a thin layer of latex on the back allow that to become tacky and stick it on carefully to your face allow to dry... blend the edges out (look at my other how to on this type oof make up for details)
blend with make up take make up and look lighter so concealer stick recmended lightly tap in color off finger tips to avoid a fake look the latex
the glitter can be attached with lipgloss like i did eye lash glue even a tiny bit more latex other makeup can work like eyshadows etc be sure you make a smooth surface with the latex if you do anything but glitter.
