Fascinator I made for one of the girls that comes to my work. I made it out of a circular cardboard base notched to make a slight cone shape. I covered it in red felt and added the feathers for decorations. It's not super fancy since we were just fooling around. It took me maybe 20 minutes total, including the time for the hot glue gun to heat up. We had all the supplies in my craft box, so this didn't cost anything.
