Fancy Mini Mask

I just made this on a whim, like I do most craft ideas, tho it was inspired by RuPauls drag race. :) Just wanted to do something fabulous. The little masks are about 3 inches long, and probably came from the dollar store. The rest of the materials came from a craft store and stuff I happened upon in my craft collection.
