Draw some lips on the piece of red felt and cut them out.
Use the hot glue to glue your red felt lips on the tote in the center near the bottom.
Take your black fringe measure two equal pieces and cut. Try to make them a little bigger than the lips. Place them above the lips at equal distances.Glue them down on the tote in crescent shapes.
Take your puff paint and place small dots along the top of the fringe. Allow to dry.
