one thing i LOVE almost as much as my glue gun is vinyl! i just love that it peels and sticks and makes everything prettier.

Step 1start with an old pair of scuffed up shoes

Step 2and some vinyl (i used outdoor vinyl which is more permanent than regular--i buy it online at expressions vinyl.) i just cut the pieces to kind of fit and lay them on piece by piece then use an exacto knife to cut off the excess

Step 3luckily this pattern was pretty busy and you couldn't tell that didn't match up exactly.

Step 4then wear them out on the town. i get compliments on them whenever i wear them!!!
