Based on Fan Scarf by Staysik
For this scarf I used Bulky Yarn- Cascade Leisure Variagated Yarn. I used a size "K" Hook, and I used every inch of that skein, which was just enough to make little fringes. I thought this scarf kinda' looked like a jelly fish and the fringe were the tentacles ~~
