Note: This tutorial assumes you know the basic how-to's of embroidery.

You will need

Embroidery Floss , Hoop, Needles Small Scissors Embroidery Thread 1 color for each family member Embroidery Floss , Hoop, Needles Small Scissors 1 color floss for each person involved Fabric Pen

Note: This tutorial assumes you know the basic how-to's of embroidery.

Instructions

1. trace each persons hand on a separate piece of paper. Make sure to darken the finished lines.

2. trace each hand on to linen with fabric pen. Make sure the wrists are at the same place, and position fingers so they are not exactly on top each other.

3. using a split stitch, embroider each hand in a different color.

4. embroider the year on as well.

5. remove any visible pen markings, press fabric to remove creases and frame.
