Deck the Falls
I wanted to decorate my new home for fall and a wreath for our front door was desperatly needed.

    Gather some materials, fabric flowers, wire hanger, scissors ect.

    I used an old man's shirt and cut long strips of fabric and then cut them into 4 inch pieces.

    You're going to want to shape your hanger into a circle. Originally I was going to use the hook for mine but changed my mind later.

    I took the hook apart and taped it together using electric tape.

    Next I tied my pieces of fabric to the wreath. One thing I love about the men's shirt is the buttons and button holes. I left those on to add visual interest.

    Once my wreath was full it was time to decide how to decorate my wreath.

    I wanted to use some warm fabric flowers I made but I wanted to be able to change them out so instead of hot gluing them or sewing them on, I used large safety pins that I pined around the wire.

    Build up around your wreath however you want.

    To hang my wreath, I tied a thick satin ribbon around the top and finished it off with a bow.
