necklace from paper-clips
Because of my chenille necklace project i've got from my dearest friend Sheila a lot of paperclips to do some craftings with them.
When i was a child i had to go to sunday school. We always went to a differend church far from our own neigbourhood. Not really far, but when you must walk it , it wasn't always such a pleasure.LOL
The people there were rich and one of the persons had such a necklace, (i'm talking at the early 70ths) it was made of silver , and as a almost hippie to be i liked it soooo much, so i looked careful how it was made to make my own.
Only i hadn't the silver wire so i had made it from iron wire.LOL . it looked great and cool but i got always a black neck.LOL
so i thought mayby it's a smart idea to make the same but now from coloured paperclips to have a normal coloured sking afterwards.
i've made a tute of it and hope you will like it too;-D
have fun by creative;-D

  • Step 1

gather all your paperclips together, and choose your main colour of them and lay them in the position you will have your necklace.;-D
And think about the size you will make .
Depending how long or short you wil make the necklace you must need more or less paperclips for your necklace.
i used 26 red ones and 26 striped ones.
but a little more is smart because some i used were to damaged by my trying outs.;-D
