Pin out the part you want to coontail Grab a duo mascara (those tubes with white mascara and black mascara in one)
"bleach" the part that you want a coontail on whit the white mascara and let it dry
make black streaks on it with the black mascara and let it dry
when it's dry take a comb and comb it soft
you could do all the steps again to make a better coontail.
-You could take another collor instead of black -If you have blond/light hair you don't have to do the white. -for multicollor coontails use more collors
