Nom nom nom I hate sponge fingers but this is tasty

You will need

125 g Dark Chocolate Melted 1 tsp Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp Icing Sugar 12 tbsp Sponge Fingers Halved, lengthways 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 cup Double Cream

Instructions

1. Place the cream, vanilla and sugar in a bowl and whisk gently until thick. Place the bases of the biscuits onto a wire rack.

2. Spoon on the cream mixture and top with the remaining biscuits. Mix together the chocolate and oil. Top with chocolate mixture and let harden. Serve.
