cute little fairy wings
I made these wings for my godchild as her Xmas present cause she is really into this fairy world. I had little help , as you see my son has modeled them for you.
Anyway, the wings were very easy to make. I hope you understand this how to, cause it is my first one, ever.

Bend your wire in two equal circles, leave some wire at the end, so we can tie up the wings together.

Take one circle and twist it so you get two teardrop shapes. Make on two times bigger than the other one.

Ok, this is what we need. this will be your skeleton base.
I needed some thinner wire (you can use jewelry wire) to tie up the wings more firmly.

Cut organza a little bit bigger than the size of your wings, so you can sew them to the wings. I used wings as a template.

I used silver decorative ribbon on the edges of wings so I could hide the wire inside. You can either hot glued it or sew it like I did.

Now we need something to hold wings on a back. Elastic is the best thing for it. Measure it around arms for the length. Tie it in the middle and the ends sew together or again glue it, what works for you best.

Take your acrylic paint liner and go crazy on the wings, make some swirls, whatever comes your mind.
In order to cover the stitches I've hot glued some artificial flowers and a nice bow. Now they are really little forest fairy wings.
