My '09 Halloween Costume
I made the skirt and cut up the shirt. This was thrown together last minute. I was going to be Glinda the Good Witch, from the Wizard of Oz, but my sewing machine started malfunctioning. I think it got changed into this because I had wings from Halloweens past.
