Easy way to revamp boring buttons for whatever..
Finally I can use my Carebears fabric! :D

    I hope it's understandable :/
    Just make as much stitches as possible so the fabric embraces the button properly without folds.

    Afterwards you can add a felt circle with hot glue so it looks better ;)

    Yes, you noticed it. This doesn't work as a button anymore now.

    ...I used it for example as a ring :) just glued it on a ring base.

    I'm also planning on bows, other hair accessories and stuff :)

This is a good idea. I wonder if maybe you just hot glue the fabric just over the edge and under the button, leaving the holes exposed, it can function as a button.
