Cool idea for use of all those beautiful remnants left behind from your bigger projects. Could see you taking it to the next level with a loose fabric belt done in the same fashion. Thanks!

Unique concept. Great way to use up old fabric scraps into a cool necklace.

I wrapped the wire tightly around it as soon as I had rolled the ball, that way it kept the shape.

Thank you for the tut.
I can't make the ball round. it comes out like a cylinder. hOw do you make it that round? It seems too delicate! and not just making it rolls in any way
Do you stitch it in place after you are finished with rolling?

Hmm, your perhaps being a little too delicate with the fabric, scrunch it up at one end and then roll it up. The wire can help you reinforce it's shape, so don't worry too much about making the ball quite loose!

Yay! I love this. But I'm having a hard time making the balls properly round, though. When I try to make it, it ends up becoming more triangular than round. Any tips?
