Extremely Tasty Cinnamon Toast

You will need

1 Loaf high quality Bread , unsliced
cinnamon sugar butter (makes enough for about 12 slices of cinnamon toast)
½ lbs salted grass-fed Butter , softened 1 cup Sugar 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon ½ tsp Vanilla Extract ¼ tsp Nutmeg (- you could also add 1/4 tsp ground cardamom for a variation)

Instructions

1. Beat butter, sugar and spices together until light and fluffy.

2. Slice bread into about 1" thick slices.

3. Toast the bread with nothing on it

4. Spread a generous layer of cinnamon sugar butter over the bread

5. Stick bread with spread under broiler set to med-high for 1-2 minutes, or until butter starts to bubble.
