    Start mixing the flour with the baking powder , the vanilla and the cocoa in a bowl

    In another bowl mix the dark brown sugar and the butter with a fork

    Whip the egg until it becomes foamy.

    Put the egg in the bowl with the mixed butter and sugar and blend them with a fork for 5'

    Your mix should look like this once you are done

    Now it's time to compine the two mixtures,the one with the butter, the sugar and the egg and the other with the flour the baking powder, the vanilla and the cocoa It is really important to leave the cookie dough in the fridge for an hour covered.After that you are almost ready!

    Cut the chocolate in small pieces and add them to the dough. We used regural chocolate and it came out delicious!

    Then using a spoon spread thecookie dough in pieces on release paper on a large baking pan. You should avoid doing it with your hands cause the dough is really sticky (and should because you want soft cookies)

    Put the cookies in the oven for 10' at 170 degrees Your cookies are ready! Easy right? :)
