(PREP TIME 5 MINUTES, APPROX. 4 SERVINGS)
This is my go-to easy dinner-party
dessert. It takes minutes to make,
it looks amazing and it’s simply
delicious! Try any variety of
summer fruits and berries.
Hull and chop the strawberries and sprinkle with sugar.
Whip the cream in a large bowl until thick but still soft.
Roughly crumble in 4 meringue nests. Leave some chunks for texture.
Fold the meringue, cream and fruit mixture together, keeping back a ladleful (100 g) of strawberries.
Arrange in four glasses (small white wine glasses are an ideal portion size) and top each one with some of the remaining strawberries.
Top each with a sprig of mint.
