These are buttery Biscuits with jam filling & icing on top.

You Will Need (8 things)

  • 250 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 250 g Flour
  • Topping

  • Jam
  • Icing
  • Cherry

Steps (9 steps, 35 minutes)

    Heat oven 180 degrees

    Cream butter & sugar together.

    Add egg & mix through.

    Add flour.

    Stir to a soft paste.

    Roll out the dough to about the thickness of a pound coin.

    Cut out with a round cutter.

    Place on a tray.

    Bake for 15-20 mins.

    Remove from the oven & cool completely.

  7. 7

    Spread jam on half the biscuits.

  8. 8

    Top the Biscuits with the remaining Biscuits.

    Spread icing on top of the Biscuits.

    Add a half cherry on top.

    Serve.
