Ridiculously easy!
My son decided on an emoji themed birthday party this month (he turned 13!)). I had a hard time finding emoji decorations in such short time (he decided this 2 weeks BEFORE his birthday), I had to get creative. Plus, the only emoji stuff I found was graduation at the party store. I got the cups and emoji plates from Hel.. *erm* Wal-Mart.

Super fun and ridiculously easy. You can get the kids to help by having them color the images in. You can draw the faces on or do it the *easy* way and print up the faces on sticker paper, cut them out, and stick on the cups.
