You Will Need

Step 1
make as many pompoms as your scrap yarn will allow using the different sized pompom makers.

Step 2
I crocheted different lengths of basic chain between my pompoms. You could sew them to ribbon if you prefer.

Step 3
if you need to trim the pompoms, then trim them.
