Bought a pack of four frames at the dollar shop for A$3.99...they're not very strong or high quality, but good for these fun little pendants. I cut a piece of felt to the size of the frame's hole, stuck it on a piece of cardboard slightly larger than the frame's hole but not as large as the frame itelf. Stretched the embroidery over the felt, with over hanging fabric wrapping around to the back to of the card. Glued the fabric to the card, stuck the frame onto the embroidery with a hot glue gun. Spray adhesive attached a piece of backing material, I used thin leather. No-brainer, this project.
