Cut Out + Keep

Embroidered Hankerchief

I Dig You the Most!

I got the pattern from this fabulous blog: http://sewlovelyembroidery.blogspot.co.nz/2012/01/valentines-day-free-pattern.html I would have printed it, but my printer was out of ink, so I used my screen like a light box & traced straight onto some baking paper, then used transfer paper to put the template onto the handkerchief. Deciding this would look perfect on a man's hanky for my BFF (Best-future-fiance). I actually bought a set of 3 handkerchiefs (for NZ$2.50) & on the other two simply stitched on the hems - "D+K Since 1991" - this is when we first met. I have edited out the name on the heart - as I have to mail it to him & want it to be a surprise, even though I still want to share & it is unlikely that he will be looking at any embroidery sites!
