This DIY shoulder accessory was inspired by PS I made it
Need:
Shoulder pads–
Feathers — Peacock and Black is what I used.
Metallic Fabric Paint (I used Lumiere by Jacquard in Pearl Turquoise– and I LOVE this color.)
Gems
Rosette Trim (optional) I had a very hard time finding any thing sim i lar in stores that the orig i nal had, so I bought wed ding floral picks and had intended to cut off the stem and glue the base down. But I ended up not using them because they didn’t look right.

This is how I wore it.
Don't make the outfit to fussy. Let the shirt do the talking.
Pair it with leggings, boyfriend shorts or jeans and simple wedges or flats.
